Did you know?? Most venues and caterers charge a “Cake Cutting & Serving Fee” that typically runs between $150-$250 (or $2-$5 per guest) Because the Cake Bar is fully managed, live action service where we handle all the plating, service, and cleanup, our clients are often able to bypass these extra fees entirely-saving you money while leveling up the experience.

We also offer an “á la carte” option for guest counts that exceed the maximum number for each pricing tier but don’t quite warrant moving up a whole level. For this we simply charge $9 per additional guest which covers the added cake, toppings, service, and prep

Service Areas & Travel
Now based in Hudson, Florida, we are proud to serve the greater Tampa Bay and Central Florida regions. Our standard service area includes Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, and Orange Counties.
Travel and Minimum Policy:
Local service: Complimentary travel for events within 30 miles of Hudson (34667). Our “Essential Bar” Package is available for all local bookings.
Expanded Service (Sarasota & Orlando): For events in Sarasota or the greater Orlando area, we require a booking of either our Signature or Grand Bespoke collections. An additional travel fee applies to all events outside our 30- mile local radius.
