• Yes! We provide high-quality disposable cake pans (as seen in our gallery) and cocktail napkins. If your event has a specific color palette, let us know—we can often coordinate our napkins to match your theme.


  • Being Florida-based, we always have a plan! Our Cake Bar requires a flat, level surface and must be under cover (a tent, porch, or permanent structure) to protect the ingredients and the electrical components of the bar. If rain is in the forecast, we will work with your venue coordinator to find a safe "Plan B" location.


  • We certainly can! We want every guest to enjoy the experience. We can provide a limited number of "Alternative" cake bases upon request. Please note that while we take every precaution, we operate in a kitchen that handles flour and dairy.


  • Our signature black cart is designed to be sleek and mobile. We generally need a 6' x 6' footprint to allow space for the cart, the Barista, and a comfortable flow for your guests to build their creations.


  • Yes. To keep our buttercreams at the perfect consistency and our lighting active, we require access to one standard 110v outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. description

  • Absolutely! If you have a "Signature Flavor" in mind (like a specific seasonal fruit), our Baristas love to get creative. Check out our À La Carte section for add-on options, or mention your ideas in your inquiry!
