To Order……
All Orders are custom made to accommodate your special occasions or holidays. To place an order, simply fill out the email form with as much detail as possible, i.e, number of cookies needed (remember, orders are by the dozen with a 1 dozen minimum unless it is a special item being offered), the date you will need your order ready by and if there are any design ideas you would like, specific color schemes, names, or ages if applicable. Once I have received your email I will send you a quote for your order. Your order date is only reserved on the calendar once you have paid in full. I accept Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay, I do not accept Credit Cards at this time. Orders must be in at least 1 week prior to the date they are needed by to avoid a rush order fee.
Cancellation and Refund Policy……
All orders all final, if you need to cancel your order and it is within 2 weeks from the final date scheduled, a 50% Credit will be applied for future orders. If an order is cancelled less than the 2 week period, no credit will be given. In the event that I have to cancel your order due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
